At Oleolive, we don't just dream, we execute. But, we do a lot of dreaming too. One thing that makes our company so special is the ability to chase ideas that seem ridiculous or too hard. We pride ourselves on tackling the tough and exploring areas that are often overlooked or out of vogue. We have an amazing team that is world class in their ability to analyze and move exciting technologies forward. If you are interested in anything we do or sell, I promise that it has been highly scrutinized and not put in place to make a quick buck. We have always put science first and will not compromise on that mission.

COO

Dr. Gray is a USPTO registered patent agent and has a PhD in microbiology and immunology. She manages Oleolive's intellectual property portfolio and most of the day to day operations of the company. Her knack for details and very high standards for quality trickle down into everything Oleolive produces.

CTO

Dr. Cardelli is a long-time academic turned entrepreneur. In his words "breaking out of the gilded cage of academia was incredibly difficult but very rewarding". He brings an extensive CV of more than 100 peer reviewed publications and a very large area of expertise to the Oleolive team. His role is to bridge our research to commercialization.

CSO

Our Chief Science Officer oversees our research program, including studies performed in our laboratory at Intertech Science Park in Shreveport, LA. Dr. Coleman has a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology with over 15 years of experience in molecular biology research with an emphasis on drug discovery and development. He brings a unique ability to manage our in-house research team along with a diverse team of collaborators that combine to produce successful R&D projects.
